These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Condor Divine Healing. By booking a session, workshop or event, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Condor Divine Healing provides holistic wellbeing services including:

Workshops and group sessions
These services support emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. They are intended for guidance, personal development, self awareness, holistic wellbeing understood as the alignment of mind, body, spirit and emotion; and relaxation.
3. Disclaimer
Condor Divine Healing provides alternative therapies and energy based practices intended to support personal development, self awareness and general wellbeing. These services include energy healing, Reiki, breathwork, integrative coaching, meditation and sound therapy. Guidance and support are offered to help clients explore their wellbeing and personal growth.
The services provided do not diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental health condition. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Clients who have concerns about their physical or mental health must seek guidance from a qualified medical practitioner.
All sessions are provided in good faith. Individual experiences vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

provide accurate information when booking

disclose any relevant health conditions or fill in a disclaimer form

take responsibility for their wellbeing before, during and after sessions

use practices safely and appropriately outside sessions
Users must be over 18 unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
5. Booking and Payment
In Person Sessions

A £10 deposit is required to confirm all in person bookings.

The deposit is only refundable if 7 days notice is given or if the therapist cancels.

The deposit is deducted from the final payment on the day.

Remaining payment is made on the day of the session.
Online Sessions

Online sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Workshops and Events

Payment is required upon confirmation of booking to reserve a place.

Payments are refundable if 48 hours notice is given.

If the practitioner cancels, clients may choose to receive a full refund or accept the rescheduled date.
6. Refund Policy

Condor Divine Healing does not offer refunds for completed sessions.

Deposits for in person sessions are refundable only with 7 days notice or if the practitioner cancels.

Payments for online sessions are fully refundable provided the client gives 48 hours notice.

Workshop and event payments are refundable with 48 hours notice.
-
No digital products or services are sold through the website.
7. Complaint Policy
Clients may raise a complaint by emailing the practitioner directly. Complaints should include:

the client's name

the date of the session or event
-
the place the session took place
-
a clear description of the issue
Response times

Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days.

A full response is provided within 14 working days.
Resolution

The practitioner will review the complaint and may request further information.

Possible resolutions include clarification, corrective action or a refund where appropriate.
8. Liability

All services are provided for wellbeing guidance and support only.

Clients participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own wellbeing.

The practitioner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of services except where required by UK law.
9. Intellectual Property
All written content, session materials and workshop resources remain the intellectual property of Condor Divine Healing. Users may not copy or distribute materials without written permission.
10. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Data is used only for service delivery, communication and legal compliance. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
