3 Week workshop | September 6th, 13th & 20th | 12pm to 1pm

£35 for the three sessions | £13.00 per individual session​

This beginner friendly breathwork workshop is a gentle invitation to rediscover the power of your breath through conscious nasal breathing.


Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Pranayama and focused on nasal breathing techniques, this session guides participants to reconnect with their breath, their bodies, calm their minds, feel emotions & find inner peace, improving overall wellbeing.

 

During this 3 part workshop, through intentional breathing, we’ll explore how each inhale and exhale can become a nurturing act of self-care to support health, enhance clarity and help with emotional balance.

Workshop Breakdown

 

Session 1 - 6th September 

​

“Connecting Back to your Breath & Awakening your full Breathing System”

​

A deeply relaxing and restorative opening session. You will be gently guided to reconnect to your breath and awaken your full breathing system the way it is intended to work; inviting awareness, relaxation, wellbeing and spaciousness. 

​

Session 2 - 13th September

​

“Deepening the breath & bringing in Focus”

​

Exploring the 3-part breath technique to deepen your connection to your breathing system. Learn to focus the mind through breath awareness, cultivating clarity and inner stillness.

​

Session 3 - 20th September

​​

“Controlling the Breath – Controlling the Mind”

​

Breathing with your whole being, learning to receive and let go through intentional breathwork; cleansing the system, removing resistance and allowing everything to flow.

​

No experience necessary, everyone is welcome to reconnect to their breath.

Why Nasal Breathing?

Nasal breathing is our natural way of breathing—and it offers profound benefits:
